“YOUR LIMITATION-IT’S ONLY YOUR IMAGINATION.” I have to remind myself of this often. Sometimes I have these great ideas or dreams that I would love to fulfill ,but I am to scared to pursue them. Its easy to get comfortable and set in our ways. Change is hard but if we want things to be different then we have to step outside of our comfort zone.

Starting this blog has required me to step outside my comfort zone for sure! This isn’t something in the past that I wouldve been confident enough to do, too worried that it would be different than everyone else’s, and I was afraid that people would judge me. You see, I had to remind myself that it is OKAY to be different. Actually now, I would take it as a compliment if someone told me I was “weird” or “odd.”

“IT’S GOING TO BE HARD, BUT HARD DOES NOT MEAN IMPOSSIBLE.” Blogging is not a race, it’s not about how fast you can reach a point where you can say you’re successful. It’s not about how quickly you can publish that blog post that you have been working on all week either. Dont stress about how quickly you can grow your tribe in order to promote your products or services.

All of these things are going to take time, and the last thing you want to do is get in a hurry and do them incorrectly or insufficiently.

This verse is kind of like a life mantra for me. It is so beautifully phrased and quite succintly. We will often give a shout out to God when something goes right and we believe we are obeying the command in Proverbs 3, when in reality all of our actions or thoughts couldnt be further from HIM. We need to recognize that in difficult times, althouh we may ask ourselves, “why is this happening to me?” “What have I done to deserve this?” He is the ultimate arbiter of our lives. This means that even the bad things will be bearable because God is sharing the load with you and you know He has an amazing rewarding plan for you.

Do you ever find yourself making excuses of why you cant do something right now? Like you are trying to justify your hesitation and procrastination to start that project you have been talking about? Like you saying, well I will start that diet next week once I can go to the store, ya know, in order to meal plan. Well stop making excuses and start right now where you stand! Work with the tools that you have at hand and the rest will be found along the way.

This isn’t so much a quote ,but are lyrics from one of my favorite bands, Led Zeppelin. I have listened to classic rock since a very young age. Classic Rock was my moms favorite music to listen to growing up. By the time I was in highschool I had really began to love one song in particular by Led Zeppelin, and it is called Going to California. I actually ended up getting these lyrics tattooed on me a few years ago. The way I enterprete this is, I feel like its saying that no matter how unreachable your dreams may seem, to never give up because (just like the previous quote) Your limitaion- It’s only your imagination.
